Create a ticket in our support portal

To create a ticket, login to the portal, go to the Tickets tab and click New Ticket. You can also see the status of logged tickets and read/write replies. We highly recommend this way of getting in touch in case of issues with BeeFinity usage. You can access the portal here

You can also send an email to Please note that your email will get converted to a ticket and a account will be made for you. Further communication will go trough the portal. That way you will always be updated about the status of your ticket.
